Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Ultrakin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ultrakin. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use Ultrakin, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Spam, solicit, or harass other users
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Collect user information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of Ultrakin is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Ultrakin allows users to create and join circles (communities). Circle creators and moderators are responsible for managing their communities in accordance with these Terms. We may intervene if a circle violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Journeys and educational content are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. You are responsible for your own learning and decisions.

Our video/audio call features are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not record calls without consent of all participants. We do not record or store call content, but metadata may be logged for service operation.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use Ultrakin will immediately cease.

Ultrakin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultrakin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ultrakin harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

For any dispute or claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or small claims court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ultrakin regarding use of our services.
